Event Attendance Fallback Procedure

1. If a user is not recognized by the facial attendance system:
   a. Verify their identity using a government-issued ID or event registration confirmation.
   b. Mark their attendance manually in the admin panel or on a paper list.
   c. Offer to update their profile with a new photo for future events.
2. Report repeated recognition failures to the technical team for review.
